Yes! While our kitchen isn’t certified gluten-free, we do offer a rotating selection of naturally gluten-free cakes and pastries, all made without any flour or gluten-free substitutes. We never use xanthan gum or other gums, and all recipes are thoughtfully developed to be delicious just as they are. If you're interested in something specific, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to share what’s currently available or explore a special request!
Absolutely. Custom orders are one of our favorite things to create. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, or something more intimate, we work with you to design something beautiful, seasonal, and uniquely yours. We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
We don’t currently offer fully vegan items. Most of our recipes use either eggs and/or butter, and we focus on traditional, from-scratch baking methods. The one exception is our cinnamon swirl bread, which happens to be free of eggs and dairy. If you have specific dietary needs, feel free to reach out - we’re always happy to chat and help where we can.
We use local ingredients whenever possible—our milk, cream, butter, yogurt, sour cream, and raw honey all come from nearby farms, and our fruit is locally sourced during the summer season. Even in winter, we use farm-frozen fruit to preserve that fresh-picked flavor.
We currently offer local delivery within a limited radius of Mars, Pennsylvania. Shipping will be available for select items starting in Fall 2025!
Yes. Every cake, tart, and pastry is handmade by Sarah in small batches—from mixing to decorating. We don’t mass produce anything, and that’s exactly how we like it.
